RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY RETURN

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. If you change your mind about a purchase you may be eligible for a refund, please contact us to discuss.

You may be eligible for a full refund/return/exchange in the following cases:

If you are not satisfied with the goods (with reasonable explanation)

If you change your mind after placing your order and the goods are unused, undamaged and in good condition, they can be resold.

If the goods are not up to standard (you can exchange or get a refund)

If the goods contain a major fault or defect, we will refund the full cost of the goods including any delivery charges.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS

All shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the item.

In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.

CANCEL ORDER

Exchange and cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when it is applied.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at [email protected]

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear or accident.

 

REFUND POLICY

REFUND TIME

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange the return and process a full refund for defective products. But if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

ITEMS FOR SALE

Only regular priced items will be refunded. There are no refunds for discounted items.

RETURN THE GOODS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or defective goods). If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
