SHIPPING POLICY

At lebsack.store, we are dedicated to delivering your goods to you in good condition and with integrity. Here are key details about our shipping policy:

ORDER PROCESSING

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

Order Processing Time: We will make every effort to complete your order within 1 – 3 business days from the date you place your order. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is about 7- 20 working days. However, delivery times are estimates only and start from the shipping date and not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

SHIPPING PRICE STANDARD DELIVERY

$6.99 for all orders.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Our normal delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Each order is sent to a unique destination address. However, if you want us to deliver products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders for each individual destination.

RETURN THE PARCEL TO THE SENDER

If the parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer’s error, such as an invalid address or the buyer did not receive the parcel in time, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional costs for the returned parcel .

TRANSPORTATION RESTRICTIONS

We are not responsible for any inconvenient situations such as courier problems, bad weather, strikes or miscommunications that may cause delays in delivery.

CANCEL ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

Requests for changes and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when applicable.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.

ORDER LOST

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost during shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to locate packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you.

We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address that you trust and preferably one that has someone who can receive and sign for the package.

ADDRESS IS INCORRECT

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.

ORDER DAMAGED

If the parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team when damage is discovered.
